Modlist heavily updated

The modlist has been heavily updated; it now runs on MySQL (before, it didn't use a database at all, and I had to add mods by hand). This also means that you can now sort the modlist by name, author, type or date. Furthermore, the modlist now shows the filesize of any given mod.

I've also added Air Raid Siren, baCON, Bass Boost, Divine Intervention, Essendon, GridCon, Impact Tone, Mega Population, Metal Gear Rex, Nuke Launch (Protoss, Terran and Zerg), Pitts S-2B Biplane, Radar Range, Real Explosions, Sailable Plus, Surfaced Subs and Text Only to modlist.

This all comes on top of moving the site to it's new home, defcon.zanzer7.net.

I moved the entire site off of s4l.dk (a friend's site) and onto my own, zanzer7.net.
