DEFCON ModSuite

The "DEFCON ModSuite" has it all; coastline drawing, border drawing, zooming, (somewhat) custom map loading, city placing ... Bugs, too, since it is in it's early beta stages.

Remember to read the enclosed readme.txt, or you will be late.

Updated version by Faxmachinen fixes numerous bugs.

Created by zanzer7. Cleaned and built upon by Faxmachinen.

DEFCON CoastlineDrawer

The "DEFCON CoastlineDrawer" allows you to easily draw new coastlines, or make your own coastlines from scratch.

Left click to start drawing a coast, right click to stop.

It's a very simple application, and quite small, too. It can also load external maps.
Yes, I just copied this from below.

DEFCON ModLoader

The "DEFCON ModLoader" is a small application for quickly and painlessly switching between different DEFCON mods. It reads from a folder called "mods", in which you must have a different directory for all of your mods.

For example, a directory structure like this would work:
$defcondir$\mods\extraterrestrial\data\*
$defcondir$\mods\donkeycon\data\*

It comes with the following mods as "pack-ins":
'extraterrestrial' by zanzer7
'donkeycon' by Montyphy
'worldatwar' by NuclearDruid

The application preserves styles, so don't worry about losing those.
Updated version has 'no change' option.
Now correctly copies files from 'data\'
